How many items can AI find in one image?
Up to 50 per image if distinct. For tightly packed shelves we recommend 2–3 images.
Which file formats are supported on import?
Excel (XLSX), CSV, PDF, JPG/PNG/HEIC photos, plus Discogs export CSV with fuzzy matching.
Do I keep my own categories from Excel?
Yes, AI maps Excel columns to Bevara fields and you can adjust the mapping before import.
What happens if I have duplicates?
Bevara warns about possible duplicates based on serial number or EAN.
Is bulk upload a premium feature?
Photo batch works on all plans (up to plan limit). Excel/CSV/Discogs is included from the Home plan.
