Yes, at capture time. Bevara reads GPS coordinates and matches against your registered home address. Position is not stored in clear text.

What if I shoot away from home?

The photo is saved but marked "not home-verified". You can add a verified photo later.

Do insurers accept this?

GPS-verified photos combined with serial numbers and any receipts is strong evidence. Most insurers accept digital documentation.

Can the proof be manipulated?

No — date, GPS and image hash are locked together. Tampering breaks the proof.

Does it work for big items like furniture?

Yes, take a photo with the room in the background. Bigger items with clear context become even stronger evidence.
